AZPOA is grateful that an overwhelming number of members are paying their Verizon bills in a timely and efficient manner. Thank you for doing so.
Unfortunately, too many members, who subscribe to the APA Verizon Plan, are trying to resolve account issues without contacting our Verizon representative at APA. Verizon representatives outside our plan have no knowledge
of the nature and terms of our plan.
Our Verizon representative is Jessica Jankowski.
If there's an issue with your bill or account, please contact Jessica immediately.
If your account is delinquent, your account is subject to suspension and ultimately termination.
Also, please be aware that if your account is terminated with an outstanding balance, the CLEAA bond will be used to pay your outstanding account balance, and your account will be reviewed for a legal remedy. AZPOA wants to do all we can to avoid this unpleasant circumstance and to continue to provide this valuable service to all our members.
